Cancellation Policy
A valid card number and a non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, and is required to hold your appointment. Deposits may be transferred only once if reschedule is made 48hrs prior to appointment. Deposits will go towards your service total. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will require a new deposit to reserve a new date.
No-Shows and same day cancellations will lose deposit and an additional 75% may be charged to the card on file.
